Amol co-founded IONATE and leads the company's engineering and research vision. A holder of multiple U.S. patents — including granted patents in multi-tenant identity cloud architecture and application management — he spent 15+ years in a senior leadership role at Oracle's Identity Cloud Services organization before co-founding IONATE. A published author on legacy modernization security, and a lifelong chess enthusiast whose analytical instincts show in how he architects complex systems.
Sujatha co-founded IONATE and leads its engineering organization across all customer deliveries. A holder of multiple U.S. patents in enterprise security discovery and legacy modernization, she spent 15 years at Oracle as a Principal Member of Technical Staff before co-founding IONATE. She has driven 50+ enterprise deployments and the transformation of 500M+ lines of legacy code globally. Outside work she tends a flourishing garden, experiments in the kitchen, gives back through social causes she cares about, and recharges by exploring new places around the world.
Marinês leads IONATE's commercial growth and customer success across Latin America. Before joining IONATE in 2019, she served as Regional Business Director at OneSpan Brasil and Commercial Manager at Axur, accumulating 15+ years of enterprise sales expertise in fintech and cybersecurity. A dedicated mentor for women entering Brasil's technology industry, she volunteers her time to professional development programmes and is a passionate connector across Brasil's growing tech ecosystem.
Jaime brings 45+ years of enterprise technology leadership across Latin America. A former Managing Director of Oracle Chile and long-standing board member of ACTI AG — Chile's national IT industry association — he leads IONATE's strategic commercial expansion across the region's largest financial services and government institutions. An avid reader of economic history and a devoted family man, he finds inspiration in the long view that great enterprises are built one trusted relationship at a time.
Ajanta founded IONATE in 2016 to solve one of enterprise computing's hardest problems: modernizing mission-critical legacy systems to cloud-native architectures without disrupting business continuity. A co-holder of multiple U.S. patents in modernization and security technology, and recipient of Akamai's Danny Lewin Award for intellectual honesty and innovation, he brings over two decades of enterprise technology leadership across organizations including Akamai and IBM.
